It's a mutant kit; most of it was built on 6.2, but Tk and VMS::ICC were both built on 7.2. It's a .zip from PERL_ROOT:[000000], so check out the instructions at http://www.sidhe.org/vmsperl/prebuilt.html to see what you need to do. (I'll try to get a readme in the kit, but this is a two-minute throw-together) As a handy side-effect you get Coy, along with a bunch of other modules.
