Read-me file for SDFILTER V2.0 (17-JAN-1989)

SDFILTER (Screen Dump Filter) is a program run as a detached process on a
VAXstation running VMS Workstation Software (VWS/UIS) that filters all
screen dump requests and (1) fiddles with the sixel characteristics based
on a system-wide logical name, (2) fiddles with the image orientation
based on a system-wide logical name, (3) submits the screen dump to a
queue based on a system-wide logical name.  Screen dumps are submitted only
if a user is logged into the workstation, and submits the screen dumps under
the logged-in user's username.  This is handy for large LAVc's of workstations
with many users, where accounting is important.
