This file features code previously published in the November/December 1992
issue of Digital Systems Journal (formerly VAX Professional magazine). The
code comes from John McMahon's article, "Practical DECnet Security," which
ran on page 7. The article is a presentation of DECnet-caused holes in VMS,
and a tool to help fill them. The program here retrieves the NCB from the
logical name SYS$NET and parses it. When the useful information has been
translated, NETINFO.COM uses the REQUEST command to broadcast the
information to the NETWORK and SECURITY operators (and OPERATOR.LOG).
