SMBMSG.SDI contained module $psmmsgdef - conflicts with another module of same
name, so I renamed it to $SMBMSGDEF, and modified it to reflect change.

dtk$routines appears correct

lib$routines - many errors
	missing : lib$match_cond, lib$signal, lib$stop, lib$sys_fao,
		lib$sys_faol, lib$sys_trnlog
		(I did not add these)

	erroneus : lib$cvt_dx_dx, lib$getdvi, lib$getjpi, lib$getsyi,
		lib$scopy_r_dx (manual also wrong)
		(I fixed these, er, I think.. )

Other xxx$Routines may have problems, I haven't had the opportunity
to check them.
