This submission contains two programs, TIME_PROMPT and OFF_TP.

TIME_PROMPT loads code into the P1 area that sets the DCL prompt to
the current time, and calls the routine as an executive mode AST.  A
timer expires each 60 seconds to keep the clock up to date.

OFF_TP cancels the timer, thus switching off the update function.

Note both of these programs need CMKRNL privilege.

These programs were written as a joke!  However, due to the demand for
them on the Internet (unbelievable what some people want, isn't it?)
and the fact that they don't rate a library submission, I have submitted
them for the symposium tape.
