SET_DEFAULT_DIRECTORY:

    This program is 'yet another' replacement for the venerable
    SET DEFAULT DCL command.  This one is written in FORTRAN.
    It tries to use SETUIC to change the current user UIC to the
    value of the destination directory if the user has sufficient
    privilege.

    The rebuild file is MAKE_SET_DEF.COM.  The executable must be
    copied to SYS$UTILITY.  Make a symbol to point to the executable
    and dig in.  There is a help file (HELP DEFAULT).
