TACC, Utilities, Using DCL to do time accumulations for a routine

A µ³-hack that illustrates some dubious poetry that DCL is capable of despite
itself. This is best apprised in 132 columns. There can be no denial, I am a
hardcore DCL hacker; this is a neologism of some universal programming
principles. There is a whole system of these covering most facets of DCL,
however they are locked up in a proprietary system & will never be added to the
memetic richness of VMS/DCL, so it goes... This code however is not proprietary
& is willed to all of Humanity, I assert a FSF GPL (Free Software Foundation
General Public License). i.e. It's free to all & sundry to be shared & enjoyed
so long as it's not resold & that the creator attributes are retained. So here
it is, a rosetta stone fragment of Logically Structured DCL, SHARE & ENJOY!!.
